In 2019, Saint Hermanguild Foundation (SHF) was initially registered with the then Imo State Ministry of Women Affairs and Social Development, current Minister of Women Affairs and   Vulnerable Group Affairs Nigeria by Dr. Mrs. Irene U. Chima the Permanent Secretary.
